I was just gifted a case of mangoes by my inlaws. I'm trying to figure out what to do with them when they all come ripe tomorrow. I've considered freezing chunks for later use, but am not sure I want to have to toss them in sugar. Any suggestions from readers?

I was going for something even simpler than that. We made a bunch of them into mango coconut sorbet, just blending 2 or 3 mangos with a can of coconut and a quarter cup or so of raw sugar (my parents brought some back for us from the Dominican Republic). It was easy, rich and delicious!ReplyDelete
